Five trades, done thoroughly: siding, roofing, windows, doors, and gutters. Every job starts with the substrate and the water management, because that is what fails first on the coast.
The five trades
Siding
Full replacement and repair in vinyl or cedar shake. We quote the whole wall assembly: tear-off, housewrap, flashing, panels, and trim.
Windows
Insert and full-frame replacement, matched to the actual condition of each opening. Low-E glass packages specified for coastal sun and wind.
Doors
Entry and exterior doors installed with sill pans and proper flashing, plus hardware finishes that survive salt air.
Roofing
Tear-off and re-roof with wind-rated architectural shingles, ice and water shield at the eaves, and all-new flashing. Honest repair calls when the roof has life left.
Gutter systems
Seamless aluminum gutters in 5- and 6-inch K-style, sized and pitched for the storms this coast actually gets.
